We have used this company twice and my wife and I have been very satisfied both times.
The tech was prompt and courteous. I had a minor repair, they were efficient.
A roof is a technical job and comes with its own lingo. Get up to speed on the terminology to avoid misunderstandings. When you get a price ask if it includes a cash discount. Ask how many sheets of plywood repair are average for a roof your size and condition. The price per sheet will be on the quote. If you do a good job on your side of things Echols will do a very good job on theirs. At least they did for me.
This will be based on how well follow-ups are handled. I still have leaking after the install in one area and I want to see this remediated completely
