We were very pleased with them when we had them out a couple of times. The recent repair, I'd give a 5. He even surprised us and came us when we weren't expecting him to a couple of days ahead of time, so that was great. He called and said he was in the area it was a Saturday and asked if he could come. I thought that was wonderful.
