Overall very positive experience with Eco-Choice Windows & Doors! This was our second time choosing them to replace our windows (first time was in 2018 where they replaced 4 windows). Eco Choice recently replaced two windows in my townhouse. I found both the sales and installation teams to be professional and I was happy with the product and work. On this basis I can confidently recommend Eco Choice to other prospective clients.
Replaced all house windows and sliding glass doors. New products are amazing... very well made, great hardware, and quality glass. Windows reduced sound bleed from outside, and improved temperature in the house. Very professional and clean installation. Everyone answered all of our questions throughout the entire process, starting with Joe the sales rep.

I just had 7 windows and a patio door replaced. Salesman Tony is very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. He was not hard sell and recommend replace only as needed. Andrew then came to take measurements and they are so accurate. He also gave detail instructions in the windows after they had been installed. Serg and his installation team was punctual. They worked efficient and clean up is fabulous. Good installation workmanship too. This is a window company I would recommend to anybody.

Had 6 windows and a side door replaced. Was very happy with the outcome. All the windows were done well, left little mess and work was all done within the day. Would highly recommend Eco Choice if you have a window and door project.

Needed a new back door as water was leaking into house whenever it rained. After getting a couple of quotes I chose Eco Windows and Doors because of their sales rep Joe, who is very knowledgeable, gave me a professional breakdown of the quote, and he's a very nice man. Installation was just done today by Nikita and Anton. I covered my new hardwood floors and they also had mats to protect the floors by the door. From sales (Tony) to installers and to office staff all my concerns were addressed and answered quickly. I am thoroughly impressed with installers and their professionalism. Installation was done quickly at hour thoroughly. Clean up was impeccable. I highly recommend Ecco Choice Window and Doors.

We had 5 windows replaced. Triple pane black exterior looks very sharp. Fast only 5 hours total start to finish.
