Full window replacement Excellent service from beginning to end. Sales was perfect. Not too pushy and full of the ‘right’ information. Customer service was excellent. Incredibly helpful in all fronts. Installation was done beautifully. Clean and efficient. Not issues. Great work all around. We are very happy!!!!

New windows and new patio door We choosed Eco Choice Windows & doors to replace 23-year old windows as part of the Union Gas home efficiency program. We dealt with Terry Brown who is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The work was done in July 2019. Hat off to the installers who worked during a very hot day. After installation, we found 3 minor issues that were fixed 2 months later. We hope that a more serious issue will be fixed faster. Windows retrofit We changed 7 windows on our house. Pretty good experience. They came on time and they were extra careful while working. They cleaned up after they finished and the windows look awesome.

6 Plex Full Window Replacement From start to finish my experience with Eco choice was fantastic. My sales person (Gabe) was very professional, understood my needs and made everything very easy and straightforward. Communication throughout the process was on point. Replacement Windows My living room windows were replaced approx. 2 weeks ago. They were large casements and look great. The next day we were hit with fierce driving rain hitting the windows directly. Of course I looked to see if there were any leak. There weren't. The installers arrived exactly on time, were friendly, professional and answered any questions I had. Awesome new Bay window Our bedroom window was old and we were suffering from bad drafts over the winter. Echo Choice instaleld a new Bay Window to replace our old one. The installation was quick and they did a great job. They also left everything clean and tidy when they were done.

Lovely Windows Windows for all main floor windows, 8 in total. Timely delivery and install dates. On installation date, all windows were as anticipated with no issues. Installers attended at the set time and completed the job Professionally and quickly, cleaning up after. Only thing, the sales person could have provided more pamphlets and information on the products.
