Very professional and knowledgeable. seems to be a disconnect however between the technician and office personnel. Was not aware technician are independent contractors.
The technicians are very nice and help with any concerns. I had some trouble getting my service scheduled regularly but I think that has cleared up now and working well.

Pleased with the service. The inspector was very thorough marking the areas that needed treatment! Nice to have a nice tall young man, Anthony, who did the treatment! I do need to check one area of the original garage that I can not fine a drill hole! Will check and let you know if I need to have you come out Thanks again! No need to call...I will keep in touch!
