Adequate service. for many, many years
You have an excellent technician, Moses, who has been servicing our house for almost 5 years now. He is always courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible. Recently he made a special trip to take care of an inside fly problem, and sprayed some foam down the drains. He was willing to come back if needed to try something else, but that did the trick! Moses had a great attitude and we appreciate his customer service skills.
I've had quarterly service for many years. Carlos is excellent and always early or on time and does a thorough job.
I have found Ecola to be very responsive to any issues. The last one was ants in the kitchen.

Happy with Moses and the service he performs.Not happy with scheduling the service or the pricing. It used to be easy and we knew an approximate time. I have had the service fora few years but being charged $69.00 each month certainly causes me to question a monthly charge with Ecola. Don’t feel like a valued customer at this point.
