Francisco was quite thorough.
Complaint is about the customer service and first tech. This service was an appointment from a previous date were the tech would not stay about 30 minutes for us to leave the house. After talking with Jennifer who said she'd call back she never did. Then the worker was 45 minutes last to my next appointment and I had to call to find out what time he was coming. The woman I scheduled this appointment was wonderful and the woman who helped me find the tech was great too.

We have quarterly service for ants and spiders and Pat comes and wipes the webs away and since I have had this service I have not had an ant problem in the house. We had a termite swarm a little while ago and Ecola took care of it and we didn't need to tent the house. Thank you!
