on time, went above and beyond to get the job done. so pleased.
Not our normal service Rep, but Pat took time to knock on door and introduce himself. He explained what he did and found. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He already found mounds we were going to tell him about and took the time to research the notes from our previous Rep. We were very pleased
Jim Lintz was great. Inspection was very thorough as was the treatment when he returned with a co-worker. Very satisfied with their service.
Seemed to work okay. There was very little explanations as to what they were doing and how it worked, but kept busy.

The inspector was very thorough. The technicians came back about a week later and treated the problems that the inspector found. The treatments appear to be successful. Everyone was on time, friendly and efficient.
