The representative was experienced and straightforward. The crew that came the day before to deal with the subs were especially helpful. Also I was touched that the crew who came to tent found a few things left in the fridge and bagged them. All the plants and shrubs were handled carefully.

Just had our two year follow-up termite treatment. The initial inspector (Jim) was very knowledgeable and drew a thorough and precise map of our house with infected areas clearly marked for treatment. ECOLA emailed me his report. A two-man team (Hector) came out a few weeks later and spent several hours applying the prescribed chemicals.
