Arrived on time, explained what, where, and how the inspection was going to take place. reviewed the inspection report with me & asked me to inform the tenants about reporting signs of infection as soon as they are discovered.
We have used Ecola for both subterranean termites and ants and now have contracts for both. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and most important - SUCCESSFUL at controlling pests! Since they guarantee their work, calling them back for spot treatments is hassle free and handled with a smile. We look forward to continuing our contracts with them and highly recommend their service to others.
The technicians broight the old inspection sheet instead of the current one so i'm not sure if they did treated the right area where the inspector saw the termites. They just called their office to find out where really is the area to be treated.

We scheduled the fumigation to coincide with a short vacation and ECOLA was able to accommodate that. Thus, we were not even at the house when it all took place. However, our daughter who lives in the rear house was on the property and said that all went well. It is a lot of work to bag items and keep them inside, but overall it all worked well.
Servicemen were knowledgeable and efficient. Their work exceeded my expectations.
