Fabulously articulate and informative manager. He told me everything I needed to know about the termite problem I was facing, what was under the mobile home and how it was probably contributing to part of the problem, and how Ecola would be able to combat the immediate problem and continue to treat so that the problem can be kept under control, both now and in the future. I am so relieved by your service!

Experience was good. Crew had equipment failure on first visit and some miscommunication with regard to original estimate and treatment plan. Effectiveness: time will tell. So far, so good.
The inspectors always show up on time and within the window they promised, and call ahead when they are on their way. They are clean and courteous and clean up the premises after performing any treatments on the house. They work in a professional manner and are willing to answer any questions you might have.
They were on time and very efficient. They had a fair price. I don't know how he climbed around in my attic but he did it.
I've been with Ecola for MANY years. My experience with all employees, appointments, etc. has been more than satisfactory.
So far so good. There were a couple of spots on my lawn that got brown from the equipment. It will take some treatment to get it green again.
