Service man was on time and did a thorough job. Answering questions was very helpful to me in understanding how termites work and what to watch for. I would use your service again.

I wasn't present because I live out of state, but they seemed to be trustworthy and when I was there for the estimate were very professional. Office staff was just okay; there was a mistake in my billing and it was taken care of although a bit of a back and forth time use.
