The estimator was on time, very personable but, most importantly, was very thorough. The technicians were running late and didn't call right away. I had to call them because I had to leave to get kids. The service rep called them and told them to wait until I arrived back. It worked out okay. Once there, they were efficient and explained all they'd do and did it. Our home was not tented.
Knowledgeable about our problems. We spryed traditional outside and ECO inside. We are still seeing dead bugs after three weeks. Very Happy..so far!!
We called because of a termite activity, they scheduled to come out to our home in 2 weeks.

Our serviceman, Montiel was very nice, explaining what he was doing and why. He gave us thorough instructions on how to prep for his services, and to be sure not to wipe clean the product he put down. The product had a sweet smell but did not bother us at all, so glad no poisons were used that could ultimately sicken us. Didn't see a cockroach at all for 2+ weeks, but have caught a few since on sticky pads, so will have Montiel come back. Thanks.
The men did a great job taking care of the problem. They performed to Ecola standards I've come to expect throughout the years.

I was very pleased with the service when they came to treat in my attic space and sub- basement space. Two very nice guys who did their jobs, were polite and considerate.
I was not there for inspection but my wife thought it went well.
