Your staff did a full inspection of the area with termite activity. They explained in detail the problem and treated the area. Very respectful, task oriented people. I am satisfied with the service.

Work on house was done great! Our only complaint was that at the time of our inspection our price on our signed contract was quoted LOWER than what we actually paid, ($250 more)! The day prior to fumigation our inspector (Dave) called stating that he forgot to include the tenting of our detached garage that was accidentally omitted! Our contract signed was for $250 less, but it was a little to late to locate a different termite contractor! They come on time, their prices are reasonable, their service people are courteous and knowledgeable and best of all, their services do what you want it to do - keep pests away. We have been customers for over two years and we continue to have quarterly services to keep pests away.
