We are very happy that we signed with Ecola for the termite treatment of our 3 unit condo complex in Redondo Beach. Prior to their treatment our building was infested. It had been at least 12 years since it was last tented by another company. The Ecola treatment process took about 10 hours to complete. We did not have to vacate during the procedure, and their staff was courteous and professional. It has been three months since the treatment, and we have not seen any signs of termites. The inspection was thorough. I've had few areas of new infestations, so Ecola must be doing something right!
This is an excellent company to do business with! We've used Ecola Termite and Pest Control Services on another property located in Ventura County and like them so much, that we asked them if they would also inspect our San Luis Obispo primary residence. Very dedicated to their clients and always professional!
The original termite inspection was very thorough. Lots of termites were found in our attic, though, so a fumigation was scheduled. The inspector suggested professional ant spraying around the house because ants eat the dead termites. When I agreed he said he'd set it up, which he didn't do. That's my only complaint.
