I always feel confident that Omari has done a thorough inspection. I trust that he will find the termites if they are here and treat the areas appropriately and/or recommend the appropriate treatment if it can't be done at time of inspection. Omari is also very personable and friendly and comfortable to be around, which is important when asking someone to look into every corner of one's home.
Ecola has provided excellent service, fulfilling its promise under the initial 2-year warranty. Very satisfied so far.
