All good except tech was two hours late for my appt. No call from office. A little annoying. Matthew thought I had been contacted re change in schedule. I was not. He apologized and did his normal great job.
We have had your service for over 25 years. In addition to the annual inspection, we usually have one or two treatments per year. Your technicians are always courteous and respectful of our property. And they always do a thorough job. Over the years, we have gotten to know some of the techs. It is a testament to a well-run company to have so many long term employees.
Great service friendly staff. Came back when ants persisted and stopped them from taking over our home !
Joe, as usual did a marvelous job while inspecting our house. He took the time to inspect every potential termite site and make sure we had no infestations. It's always a pleasure to see Joe during our annual inspection.
The local reps were great. Inspection and treatment went well. Your main office needs some better organization. First they called to set up the inspection. Then they called to cancel it, telling me it was not needed. Then they called a week later to set up the inspection again. My new inspection was more than a whole month later than the first one I had scheduled. That only served to delay the eventual treatment unnecessarily.
It is always professional quick and pleasant
The man that came out was very professional and took his time explaining the different options but the price was quite a bit higher than our previous bids
Very pleased with friendliness and knowledge of technician. Cleanup was thoroughly completed. Time will tell if process is affective.
Both Lorna and Antonio were very knowledgeable and thorough.
