I was very happy with the thorough job that Jared Smith did inspecting our house. He then showed me the issues that he found and did some work in the attic. I was most happy to find out that our perennial problem area, our garage had no additional new or continued issues.
The technician was prompt and thorough, and had a professional attitude.
Roberto was great but actually he did not go into the attic. He said he could see that I do not have termites in the attic. It is a small entry into the attic but I think he could have fit.
Technician was right in time, thorough in his inspection and professional in every way!
Ecola has always been absolutely professional, courteous and knowledgeable when dealing with my termite problem. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pest problem and who is in need of an outstanding company to take care of the problem.

Happy with Moses and the service he performs.Not happy with scheduling the service or the pricing. It used to be easy and we knew an approximate time. I have had the service fora few years but being charged $69.00 each month certainly causes me to question a monthly charge with Ecola. Don’t feel like a valued customer at this point.
