Very informative and friendly. However I believe you should have had a second guy working with the gentleman over on our Oak Street apartment.( you had 2 guys over on 5th Street) He was there from early morning until after 5.
Alejandro worked on the removal of a very stubborn cluster of bees that continued to be active in one of the eaves of my roof. Alejandro was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very patient, kind and considerate, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the extermination process to me. He was very diligent and responsive when the bees continued to be active and followed-up with me weekly. It took 4 visits before the bees were finally gone.
