Omari has been here a few times, I think he does the best job of giving a through inspection. an easy manner and good communication skills. Javier has been here as well for some spot work and I like him as well.
It went smoothly. I was surprised how much work is involved in the actual tenting and how quickly it was dismantled.
Reno is is a very, very polite and kind gentleman. very friendly and tells me who he is and what he's going to do. does his job and tells me if there is something that needs my attention and hands me my bill and says goodbye. i really like him and am thankful he is one of your great employees. Keep up the great work, Reno!!!!

Gilbert always does a fantastic job. We always ask for him.
On the positive side, Joe did as thorough an inspection as was possible when we asked that we make this a contactless inspection with no access to the inside of our home. On the negative side, Joe left us with the impression that he would contact the main office and that they would set up an appointment in the new year for when 2 people could come with a ladder to do our second story and rooftop attic inspection.
