The entire process was very pleasant and professional. From Joe who did the inspection, to the office staff, to Mark who actually treated the pest control situation, the level of service they provided was excellent. There were no chemicals, I was able to remain in my home and there is no evidence of termites since they completed the job. And, it was at a great price with a great guarantee and annual follow-ups. I won't use any other pest control service but Ecola!
It was very easy to schedule a time to meet. When Pat arrived he was extremely knowledgeable about rodents. We did a walk through and he pointed at key factors which would be the likely cause of the rodents. Pat placed the boxes in strategic positions on the property. Within a week, we had a couple of hits. It’s now three weeks and I believe the issue has been resolved.
I dropped the rodent control due to continued communication problems, sending employees to the home that lectured me on where the rat traps were placed and then forgot to bring the keys to open the traps or when new employees were sent out, but I was never told, so I was screamed at by a woman in their office, for not being at home, when I had left the gate open for the regular person I had had for years. , then I was lectured on how many rat traps there were by a supervisor, who shocked me with that comment. Where do I begin? Ecola sent a very knowledgeable tech, Pat, who not only took care of our issue but he also shared a wealth of information in regard to rodents: their behavior, creating non-favorable conditons and explaining that our situation is not isolated. Scheduling and timing of arrivals was always communicated clearly and continous.
I’ve been a customer of Ecola Pest Control for many years. I’m really happy with Ecola’s services. When I have a bug problem it’s dealt with expeditiously and effectively. Joe, the termite inspector, is wonderful and a great asset to the company.
