Seth is great. He always calls me to let me know he is on his way. Once here, he is hard working and efficient. I appreciate that he masks and social distances. And before he leaves, Deth reports on his findings, especially on the rat bait box.

Work gave me pice of mind
The local reps were great. Inspection and treatment went well. Your main office needs some better organization. First they called to set up the inspection. Then they called to cancel it, telling me it was not needed. Then they called a week later to set up the inspection again. My new inspection was more than a whole month later than the first one I had scheduled. That only served to delay the eventual treatment unnecessarily.
Very pleased with friendliness and knowledge of technician. Cleanup was thoroughly completed. Time will tell if process is affective.
Both Lorna and Antonio were very knowledgeable and thorough.
Your workers all seem so talented and 'charming' - José is a great example of how to be committed to the customer and do great work. It's always a pleasure to see him.
