Jose was very respectful in this COVID-19 time. On his first visit he was very thorough in explaining my options then experienced great follow up by his support team and himself. Cleaned up afterwards too!!!
The Termite inspection and the follow up with the treatment was very good. The guys found areas in the house that had bugs we wouldn't have found. They were did their work and did not disturb a single thing.
Checked traps and communicated well
The inspector was so late for the appointment that we had to reschedule. Since that would have meant a third appointment to schedule a technician it was agreed that both would come on the reschedule date. That did happen and the the visit was professional and thorough.
Seth is always very thorough in his work. I appreciate that he calls ahead to let me know approximately when he will get here.
