Apparently the message that we were seeing swarmers didn't get passed through. Lorna came expecting a routine annual check. She found where they were coming from. A crew came promptly to treat, and today, not a termite in sight. It is an ongoing battle around this area, but Ecola fights it well.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The workers explained in vast detail how the treatment works. We were very happy with our service and will recommend Ecola to anyone needing treatment.
Ecola keeps it's appointments. If they will be late, I will receive a phone call letting me know when they will arrive. Everyone is polite and considerate of the home owner. If I see damage caused by termites, I make an appointment and an employee comes out to treat the area. I have nothing to complain about.
