After consulting with several other pest control services I called Ecola. I was surprised and relieved to experience such superlative service. Edgar, Ecola’s pest technician, was informed and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ecola’s services—and request Edgar!
JC the tech did an amazing job treating the house for termites, he explained what he was doing and how it was going to take place. Kevin also provided great customer service and information as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo 💪. Ecola is now part of the family.
So far this has been the most thorough experience with pest control I have ever had. The walk through was very detailed and the technician was polite and detailed. I truly appreciate this approach to service. Far better than some companies I have had experience with. Thank you!
They tend to not show up when scheduled and follow up after inspection is slow . I find that I’m having to call a lot to get the service we paid for with the extended three year warranty. Hopefully what they do takes care of the termite problem but it’s hard to tell. Recently they’ve had three appointments with us three weeks in a row that all got canceled the day of . That’s been a big inconvenience for our family
Tyson inspected my home; Espinosa was on-site day of service. Both men were friendly, timely, and professional. Great representatives of the company. I am very happy with the service I received.
