The breakfast hours were from 6:00 to 9:00 AM. Not a problem. The only hot item was the sausage gravy. They ran out with over half of the breakfast hours still to go. I asked the employee if he was going to make more, and he said no. That it would take an hour to make more. I personally saw at least two people throw away the biscuits they had unwrapped before they found out there was no more gravy. Showed a complete lack of planning and courtesy on their part. I won't be back!
It was a bad weekend to travel. Better choices had no vacancies when I made the reservations.
Property is very outdated, going to the room all u can smell is stale cigarettes. Once in the room, there were cracks in the walls, even a hole in the bathroom wall. It was so bad, we left and went to a different hotel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel
Avoid at all costs, a run down facility inside and out
I had asked for a wake up call for the next morning,I never did get one!
We thought we would try a budget hotel one night on a longer driving trip. Front desk associate was very friendly and helpful but clearly had a cold or allergies going on and wasn’t wearing a face mask. Our friends also stayed in the hotel and found dead bedbugs under their bed. Seemed like they had possibly just sprayed but missed a few on the cleanup. We left quickly in the morning. The rooms were fairly clean the first day so I didn’t think it a problem when my plans changed to stay a second day. I guess if you stay more than a day though there is no maid service. When I came back that evening there was no power in the room. I reported it and the manager asked me if I left something plugged in. He didn’t say it but he seemed to suggest I was at fault for the hotel’s faulty electrical system. Super run down. The lights weren't working in the hall. Our door was ajar and the TV was on when we went in. The hallway and lobby were very dirty, but the room and bathroom were clean.
