Poor Check in was pretty quick. One of the 2 keys for the room never worked. When you enter the lobby you immediately notice a smell— kind of old musty smell. Lobby carpet outdated and needed vacuumed. Floor in room was filthy. Bed was uncomfortable and very hard.
Terrible. Never going back! The hotel room was ok considering the price, but the bathroom was disgusting! There was a used bar of soap in the shower with someone else’s body hair on it. There was someone else’s hair on the conditioner bottle. The air conditioner sounded like a rocket taking off. When we talked to the manager about it she said maybe we were just light sleepers. Horrible experience. Pool was nasty. Customer service turned nasty. And room was poor. Tv reception in and out. Microwave sucked. Worse experience ever
The room was not that clean and smelled of bleach (like enough to cause a headache), the floors had residue on them (like from a swiffer), there was food stains on the walls, food crumbs and a toothpick on the nightstand, pillows and mattress had stains on them as well. We ended up not staying here and booked elsewhere. The staff were pretty nice and got us a refund for the second night we were supposed to stay.
This facility is unacceptable for several electrical and filthy room. Lights didnt work bathroom was completely filth with human feces on doors floors dirty. Electricl outlets show signs of over heated. Bedding not clean. Dirty sheets with stains. Hair on floor throughout. Trash on floors. No phone. Nightstand had exposed nails drawer cover gone. MOLD AND MILDEW THROUGHOUT THE BATHROOM AND ENTIRE ROOM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE
There were ants all over the bathroom floor in the shower and in the bed. Door wouldn’t lock and toilet wouldn’t flush. Worst hotel I have ever been too
I will never be back. This was just a gross, smelly, dirty place, that has trash everywhere. Never ever again.
