Excellent staff and service.
I highly recommend Economy Oil. Delivery here in Sullivan County is twice a week and I have never had any problems ordering or receiving my delivery.

Rarely do I take time to review. I’d say that getting a warm female voice with intelligence and human critical thinking at the other end of your phone, is certainly refreshing. Until that changes, I’m in!
The delivery guy did not fill up the oil tank completely as ordered. Only about 157 gallons was delivered. The usual amount to fill up the tank is about 180 something gallons. The gauge on the tank shows the oil level is barely above the three quarter line suggesting the tank can hold at least 25 to 30 more gallons. Oil price is getting higher rapidly as winter approaches. It means the tank will need to be filled again needlessly sooner with oil at a much higher price. How disappointing!

Understand when the snow is very heavy and guys cannot deliver, but the snow just started in West Hurly and you couldnt make the delivery. I worked for Oil company in New York City for 15 years. And I know when the truck is loaded it can go anywhere. Even if its just 2 Wheel drive. When we knew people needed oil we would cut everyone back so everyone had a little bit to hold them over. We are seniors and we had to hire a guy to go get some diesel for us the last two days. Very disappointing.It cost us $50.
My experience with them was perfect for about 12 years. Then, I was supposed to get a delivery on Monday. They normally show up around 8 to 8:30 AM. At 10 AM I get a phone call canceling my delivery. I was at almost empty. So I had to hire people to get diesel and put it in my tank. Turns out my best friend in Woodstock got his delivery at 2 PM the same day. I am a long-time customer, I am a senior, and they really disappointed me this time. I am not happy at all.
