The worker were amazing. They were on time every day and we very polite. I would recommend ecospect to any one who has basement problems.
Angel and Wilson were exceptional. Hard working, friendly, and stayed until the job was completed. Thank You! After work was completed- I felt the company was just trying to sell their product without fixing my main concern that was expressed. The concerns of water coming out of certain areas weren’t addressed. Also, two long pipes were left at my house and never used since they went a different route. None of this was addressed. Very dissapointed!
What a transformation! Thank you EcoSpect Inc. Angel and Wilson for installing our new sump pump and dehumidifier. Job was done just as expected and the guys left our basement cleaner then it ever has been. We are ready for these continued rainy days and incoming snow melts! We look forward to getting more work done soon!
Angel and Wilson did an amazing job replacing our sump pump and discharge pipe. EcoSpect responded to our call promptly and was able to keep our basement from flooding. Our old pump was moving slowly and circulating water around the exterior of our house instead of away. Worrying about flooding was keeping me awake at night! I was having an issue with my sump pump and reached out to EcoSpect, who I knew from having a radon system installed. Thinking I was having a problem with the radon system, they sent out a technician, Mario, who identified the problem being with the sump pump. Parts already on hand he had it fixed in less than two hours. I'm very pleased with Mario and EcoSpect. This is a company to do business with.
