I have a huge problem with springtails on my property. I tried multiple pest exterminators before Ecotect and none of them did the job, nor would they guarantee their work for an insect like a springtail. Ecotect guarantees their work, it lasts, and on the off chance the pests return, they will come back and take care of it. I've been using them for 2 years and highly recommend them. Steve and Travis are great.

Ecotect is a highly reputable company providing excellent pest control services. I had called another company to take a look at what might possibly be a termite infestation. That company sent out a technician, who although was professional and courteous, did have a tendency to make assumptions and quoted me a price of about $950 to have the service performed. Their price was extremely fair, and they could be out as soon as the next day with documentation to close. Travis was professional and genuine. Amazing results. I would not have believed this was possible, except it has happened. After years of trying to get rid of field mice on our own, we finally called exterminators. Our first quote from a well-known national firm was for $1,200 a year, with no guarantees. This is the second year I have used this company. The first year they got rid of my carpenter bees. Due to endangered species laws, they couldn't do anything about the bats. This year the carpenter bees were back with a vengeance and along with them woodpeckers. When the woodpeckers did not go away after Travis sprayed, he came back a week later and made sure he got all the bee locations the second time with no cost to us. Haven't heard a "peck" since. Thank you Ecotect!

This will be our 15th year using Ecotect, and we can't say enough good things about Steve and his team. The year our daughter was born we knew we wanted a safe organic way to get rid of pests. From ants to wood boring bees to mice, over the years Steve has managed to keep our resident pests under control. We got lucky with that first call...and still happy customers!

Great company! My family's company has been going here for years and they have solved all of our pest problems. Of course old buildings are inevitable to have pest, but we haven't seen one problem at all. The service is consistent, fast, and super friendly and I have even recommended them to tons of places in NYC too. Steve is a great guy always positive and knows what he's doing as well.
