Steve was incredibly thoughtful and receptive about the tick problem we were having at our cabin in the woods in the Hudson Valley. He showed up early (!) and worked thoroughly and efficiently with a guarantee that we'd be tick-free until 2020. He used ingredients that were dog and human-safe (essentially a cocktail of homeopathic oils to kill and deter ticks). Awesome guys! I had a major bee and wasp problem I needed treated ASAP. I called around but found other companies wanted to charge me separately for wasps vs. carpenter bees and only guaranteed the treatment for 90 days. Not Ecotect! I worked with Steve. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Professional, thoughtful, on time and wonderful service. They will return if first treatment doesn't kill all your pests. Have used them for a couple of years now and I happen to have very high standards and little patience for bad service

So happy we used Ecotect to apply non-toxic tick repellant/eliminator to our yard. Steve is super friendly and helpful, and is willing to guarantee his results for six months! The fall is the worst Tick season of the year, so this was important to us. Worth every penny. We have a dog, cats, chickens and kids to keep safe, we'll use Ecotect every year!!

I have a huge problem with springtails on my property. I tried multiple pest exterminators before Ecotect and none of them did the job, nor would they guarantee their work for an insect like a springtail. Ecotect guarantees their work, it lasts, and on the off chance the pests return, they will come back and take care of it. I've been using them for 2 years and highly recommend them. Steve and Travis are great.

Ecotect is a highly reputable company providing excellent pest control services. I had called another company to take a look at what might possibly be a termite infestation. That company sent out a technician, who although was professional and courteous, did have a tendency to make assumptions and quoted me a price of about $950 to have the service performed. Amazing results. I would not have believed this was possible, except it has happened. After years of trying to get rid of field mice on our own, we finally called exterminators. Our first quote from a well-known national firm was for $1,200 a year, with no guarantees.
