So far my experience with this company have been horrible. From when we did our porch roof with them back on 2019 to now. My first impression was that the owner dont like when customer call to request more information of when they will put you on schedule for service. He told us and express that to us. We decide to give them a oportunity thinking he was having a bad day. Our porch job took a little more because the employer were take out of one job to go to another one in the middle of doing yours. Very unprofessional company based on my experience with them. They came over and told me will give the an estimate in 3 days but they never did. I called back in 5 days and they said will let you know in 2 weeks. It’s been 3 months now and nobody called or emailed. My project is not small or a cheap one.. I was expecting them to handle it in a more professional way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

Miscommunication with clients about the price and floor plans

Business response:

The HOA didn't approve what you requested for your project. When we gave you the adjusted price for the shingle roof the HOA needed for approval you wanted to cancel the entire project. You requested a hard roof and didn't say anything about shingles till they denied your application. We have no control over HOA decisions.
