I had a great experience with Ed Francois. He was very helpful. It was my first time purchasing a home and he was willing to explain in detail information that we did not understand. One thing I liked about him was that he was always available when I called him. I had a previous bad experience with my first broker and Ed Francois picked the pieces right back up and directed me and my family on the right path.

Ed was great throughout my entire home buying process. He was able to guide me the entire way from pre-approval to submitting offers, all the way through closing. Ed was able to provide knowledgeable and timely answers to all of my questions.As a first time home buyer I was very nervous going into the home buying process, but Ed was great and he did his job well. I have already recommended him to my friends.

Edwin is the best banker out, my loan was a very tough deal. He made sure my deal closed. He was very knowledgeable about rates and also answered my many questions with great assertion. I highly recommend Edwin, and look forward to spreading his name around to family, friends, and whomever I know might need a "get the deal done" banker.

I had a privilege to work with Ed where he assisted us to refinance and lower the interest rate on our property. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. He explained the entire process up front and made all coordination till the closing. We are very happy with him and definitely recommend all my family and friends for his service. Hi responsiveness is second to none. We always him nothing but the best.

This particular loan was challenging in that there was a pre-approval without a security deposit and signed lease for an existing multi-family property, that was later required to close the loan. Thank God for making the challenge to get a tenant happen! The loan officer came through in a short period thereafter to close the loan.

Ed Francois was very helpful to us on every step toward buying our first home. He was available at all times and worked very hard to secure our mortgage. An excellent mortgage broker that also helped us refinance our home when the rate dropped too. He will look out for you even after the sale is done. I can't recommend him enough. He will do what needs to be done and then some.
