I wouldn't be where I am at today if it wasn't for Ed. He helped me get my credit score right where it needed to be with simple suggestions. He made the process of buying a home smooth and easy. Eddie has a real passion for taking care of his clients. His great personality, very professional, and attentive to his clients needs. Our mortgage process was a bit ourside the norm, and he was there to guide us through every step. As an agent, I'm particular about who I refer my clients too. Having Eddie's team facilitate my own mortgage not only gave me insight to how his team works, but also assured me that they are dedicated and passionate about what they do.

Eddie assisted us with a closing that needed to be completed within a short time period due to a divorce proceeding. He and his team executed on this flawlessly. He was available when we voiced our concern and kept all parties calm and assured that the loan would go through. He has an excellent network the enables him to provide the service clients depend on. Highly recommend!

Eddie handled my mortgage and "made it happen," when things were looking a little "iffy." This was my third purchase in my life and clearly my best mortgage experience. He got me the mortgage that I wanted (I wanted a slightly different time line, but a conventional) for an excellent interest rate, but what was more important was how he was able to make it work in a short time and then also on closing day was able to help us get everything through the Fed and the final process at 4:55 on a Friday evening!!
