Nice pleasant personable people. Truly concerned about my teeth and taking care of them. They were sure if insurance would cover some of the work I needed so they did the work anyway at their own expense. I love going to the dentist now. They did a great job on the bridge I needed done. Costs are reasonable. Much less expensive then my last dentist and much better work.
I have an admitted serious aversion to dentists. After some painful and unethical encounters in the past, I have put off going to the dentist for years. But, recently, in the interest of self-care and good health, I decided to bite the bullet and go. Based on proximity to home and decent online reviews, I picked Edelweiss; what a great decision! It exceeded my expectations! Staff and Dentist were extremely trustworthy/professional and caring! GRATEFUL for the visit! Thank you ALL for providing a peaceful and safe place to take care of my dental emergency!
Tried to setup a new patient appt with them. It took them a month because their form was broke on their website. Also learned that they are not in network with my dental plan - which is not their fault. But one thing that is under their control is the way they treat new patients - the woman, Stephanie was really rude to me and not willing to recommend this dental office.
I have been going to Edelweiss Dental for a while now and their service is always amazing. Darien was very informative and friendly. It made my visit feel welcoming & although we live further away now, we still make our way to the old neighborhood and enjoy the trip every time. 10/10 recommend.
