Not only was my experience the fastest one at a bank ever, but the ladies who helped me made me feel like I was part of a family. I recently had to go to one of the big banks for my mother's account, and it took hours. I was in and out in under a half hour with EdFed, and the entire staff I connected with made me feel welcome. The experience was good. I was a meme we over 20 years ago therefore the agent had to verify that I left in good standing. That process took the longest and with modern times the representative should have been able to verify that thru his computer.
