Love it here! I love my new apartment at Edge 35 so far! The location is EVERYTHING and I love love love my space. Everything is clean and beautiful and bright! Just makes me feel so happy! Definitely recommend Edge 35!

Excellent property and staff I have been living at this property for a few weeks now and I am very happy with my decision. The amenities are nice, I couldn’t ask for a better gym to use and just the location in general had had me exploring more of fountain square. I would definitely recommend living here.

Great Place to Live I have been living here at Edge 35 since June! I have never had any problems living here! The spaces are clean, updated, and the gym is amazing! I feel very safe living here and I have no intention of leaving soon! It’s a great place to live and I would recommend the area and building to anyone:)

Excellent property Love living here. Maintenance is fantastic. Knew appliances and apartments. Comfortable garage where I can Just head right into the building. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Property! I will say this is my first apartment experience and Edge 35 has made me feel welcomed! The staff is amazing, the gym is really nice for an apartment, they do little events for holidays and stuff to get to know the people you live around and just all around a beautiful place. Our view is amazing (especially when the sun sets!) 10/10 would recommend this place!!

Great Apartments! I’ve lived here for over a year and don’t see that changing anytime soon! I chose these apartments for the location and ended up being super happy with everything else. Staff is so nice and helpful, maintenance staff is great and quick to respond. The building is cleaned frequently and the new gym has been a great perk. I’d recommend any day!

Great staff, location, & amenities I’ve lived in 7 different apartment complexes and Edge 35 is by far the best. The units are great, but what makes it amazing is the staff. Maintenance & front desk is fast, polite, and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Indy.
