Your representative was so very kind and understanding and sensitive to my requests. Very respectful of my home and understood my environmental sensitivities. He also understood the concern I had for my animals being exposed to the chemicals. I felt like I was in good hands and that the chemicals you use are pet friendly. I'm really really environmentally sensitive and I could not smell anything of these chemicals. A real plus. And so far I have seen very few of the moths I had been seeing before!

Josh was polite, informative, and efficient. He was working with a new hire, Tamara, who was also lovely. They explained everything first, answered my deluge of questions, and got the job done with great care. Evan, who spoke with me over the phone when I called in to start my service, also gave great customer service. I can't wait to enjoy summer without the usual pests around my home and yard!
