This was my treatment and I was not home at the time. This is a winter house and we are not there a lot in the summer. I went down to the house a couple of day's after the treatment and I walked around the house and there were dead bugs laying along the house. Most of the spider webs were gone. My next treatment will be in a couple of weeks and I can't wait to see how things look after it is completed.

I still have the rodents. He was only here five minutes and charged $135.00.

Matt the first tech who came out was great! He took his time and seemed very committed to ridding my yard of gophers. After Matt left I was confused about the service so I call the customer help line. The person I spoke to was helpful, but not knowledgeable. She seemed to only agree with everything I said and not really sure what my contract was for. The second tech, Dustin, came out and looked around and basically said, "yep you have gophers. was coaxed into signing a yearly plan before service even started. was NOT told all the facts what they can or cannot do in helping me with the rat problem in the attic. I ended up taking care of the problem myself. still they wouldn't let me get out of this contract unless I pay a $200 fee.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with any service provider of any sort! I have never, ever written a poor review on anyone or any business but our experience has been so very negative that I felt I needed to warn others about this business. We signed up for their lawn service after using them for one year as a pest control service. They sprayed the chemicals on all of our flower beds which caused 90% of our gardens to begin dying away within 10 hours of the spray. We have been in our home for 22 years and our... read more

Be more specific about what you want/need. If your needs aren't met, you're stuck with the contract whether you like it or not.

A total rip. They get your credit card # first thing. Then they offer you a yearly plan. You get them over, they spray an awful smelling spray and are out in about 15 min. cost is $159.00. They want to come back 2 more times at $159.00 each. I decided not to have them back. I was charged $159.00 to not have them come back. My bad. Be forewarned.
