I like that the sound is turned off on the TV and there are just subtitles. It lets people ignore the TV if they want to, which is nice. It's not clear what the drinks in the cooler cost or if they are free. Perhaps you can post a note on the cooler (or if there is one, I didn't notice it).

I love that the hygienist can book your next appointment and when you leave there is no need to wait to check out with a receptionist. Such a nice way to save time! And the hygienist I saw was fantastic, very thorough and knowledgeable.
Marcy is great! I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. She makes it painless & pleasant.
