Every one is always very nice and professional when I visit.
The staff was very polite, friendly, and informative. The administrative staff member made a special effort to be in the know of my insurance coverage, which offset anything unexpected. The technician who cleaned my teeth made my experience so pleasant, which reversed a previously unpleasant memory of a procedure in 2008. As an extra precaution, the only thing that I would suggest is that there would be a protective covering (plastic) over x-ray equipment and switches while in use.
