I would’ve rated you higher but I felt as if there were too many interruptions with people either coming into my exam room to find something or interrupting the doctor when he was with me doing the procedure. The doctor interruptions happened three times. The staff coming into my room at least 4 times. In a word it was awkward. I’m nervous. I’m having a procedure done. And I’d like the full and undivided attention of the doctor on me his patient.
I have always gotten exceptional care at Edgewood Dental Associates, from the dental hygienists, dentists and front office staff. I don't mind the drive from the North Hills since I know I will have a great experience. The majority of my office and are families all come here, since they have such a pleasing environment and do wonderful work.
