I was nervous, had my first cavities ever and they were very nice & patient with me, gave me extra numbing creme and headphones to listen to some music to help calm me. If I wasn't breastfeeding they even would have perscribed me something to calm my nerves ahead of time. The male dentist in the office was very nice and cordial and the rest of the staff I met was pretty nice.
Overall, a very pleasant visit.
Judy is the best! This dental office is the best thing that has ever happened to me (and my mouth). I am looking forward to becoming a long time patient, along with my family. Thank you Dr.Brown for your professionalism, bedside manner, and having a strong focus on my individual dental needs and coming up with an agressive plan of attack!
this appt. was for routine check and cleaning. Jan is excellent and so is Dr. Brown. I had another appt to get to that day and Jan really worked hard to make sure I was finished on time. Talented professionals and great service.
The one thing I did not like when I was getting my teetch cleaned the receptionist interupted us to say my insurance was good which I thought was unprofessional
