Well, here's something -- while I was sitting down to get my teeth cleaned, some other visitors -- I guess patients -- OPENED THE DOOR while I was in there with the hygienist-dental assistant and started talking to her, as I was sitting in the chair. I have always had a fear of the dentist and working on my teeth. Coming here my fears are gone and I feel so comfortable.
Marcie is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and polite. She was patient with my two boys and helped to make what could have been a nightmare into a dream. The entire staff is friendly and professional and the atmosphere is pleasant. The woman who scheduled my son for his follow up appointment was incredibly helpful and gave me an estimated cost for our next visit, which I greatly appreciated. I think we've found our new office!
it has been my experience that you hard sell services. Please just provide options without trying to sell.
Dr. Brown and Marcie were extremely professional and helpful. They thoroughly explained my situation and options, what was going to happen during my visit and what will happen at a future appointment. They also were personable and friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
I have an appointment in 6 mo's to have more very sharp intstruments manipulated in my mouth for a while, so there are no complaints here.
