This is the first time I have had a negative experience with this practice. I was greeted by a new hygienist rather than the one I typically see. When I commented that I was expecting Jan, Mindy didn't respond but just went on with the usual routine. When I explicitly asked why I had been switched she again didn't respond and carried on as if the question had never been uttered. I believe I was owed an explanation, such as "We had to rearrange our schedules and we hope it is OK but you were moved to me for today." To be swit... read more
