I am usually very happy. This last time, I felt very pressured! High pressured sales tactics! I have no money and I was being pushed to sign up for credit I can’t afford. By the way you need $4,000 worth of work, but right now you NEED three crowns-$1,400 with your insurance and if you don’t go now, you lose it. “How about tonight we do this.” It seemed like an after thought for them to say you have cavities in the three teeth that need crowns. As individuals, everyone is lovely. But there are serious issues with communication between the the endodontist, the dentist and the "smile coordinator" to the point where my "treatment plan" was utterly useless. It was up to me the patient to co ordinate a meeting with the endodontist and the dentist, as they were saying very different things about the treatment I needed. I was scheduled to have a tooth prepared for a crown. The same tooth the endodontist felt the root canal needed retreating.....! This is a very fixable is... read more

I felt bad about myself when I left. I understand that the hygienist felt I should do better with my dental hygiene but shaming people isn't a best practice for a health care provider.

My appointment was for 8 am and I received 5 reminders and text messages. Overbearing but thorough I thought- then the day before I received a reminder again to which I didn't open since I opened all the other ones. They had moved my appointment to 9 instead- and there was no notification on the time change in the subject or anywhere in the email. Since I didn't know the time had changed, when I got there at 8 I had to wait until the 9 slot they arbitrarily changed me to. But my time is not valuable right? The dentist came w... read more

The hygienist (Mindy) was great. I am not happy that for the second time in the past 3-4 years, I was given a different dentist with no advance warning. I was hoping to see Dr. Baroni and got Dr. Ed, and this totally caught me off guard. To me this is unacceptable and I'd like an explanation for why this happened - a second time. I started out with Dr. Brown the first time I came in and then got Dr. Baroni. I didn't say anything that time, but now I'm pretty upset. originally came in on 7/30 because back tooth was scratching my tongue. was told I needed crown and paid $574.40 to have new crown. Pain started as soon as I got home and went back to see the dentist on 9/3 and was told same tooth now needed root canal. Had root canal done and at end of visit was told I owed additional $456.50. When asked to send me a bill I was told "NO. SERVICES WERE RENEDERED TODAY. WE NEED PAYMENT TODAY." Very, very rude girl at check out. Paid with my husbands card and will not be returning. My dental cleaning was excellent However when I spoke to the older lady at the desk. I explained I have been coming there for a few years and that I NOW did not have insurance. I wanted to see if she could offer 10 or 20% off. She said no only senior citizens. She also said that it was 85.00 but if I had insurance they would pay $63.00 which I already knew, so my question is why couldn't you help someone who is a loyal customer who lost their job and give them at least 10% off when you were getting more from me than my insur... read more

I had a filling done 2 months ago that has caused me significant pain ever since. I had the bite adjusted twice, and was told that if that didn't work, that it was probably the root. The pain has not gone away, and as a result I have been unable to chew on the left side of my mouth for 2 entire months. I went back in for an x-ray with the prompting of my children's dentist who gave me a free exam.
