Very professional and positive
Second time at Edgewood. First time for extended family. Very happy with the prompt and thorough care we received. Hygenists answered all questions and we are very happy thus far
This place is nothing but excellent! Fortunately I got there just by reading some reviews on the web and I am totally satisfied with the service. My hygienist was outstanding!. She took the time to answer my questions, check my teeth thoroughly and make the treatment plan and recommendations in conjunction with the dentist. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very unhappy that I did not get an advance call to tell me that my usual hygienist would not be there. I would have rescheduled. Substitute was not up to speed with your office procedure. I also did not see Dr Baroni who normally treats me.
I cannot say enough good things about Edgewood Dental. Every staff member is so polite, friendly, and happy. It truly makes you excited to go to the dentist. But, the reason I love Edgewood Dental the most is because of my dental hygienist Lisa. I have been going to Lisa since I was a little girl and no one cleans my teeth as good as her. Love the staff here, as well as those who worked on my teeth. 2 things that could have been improved, I was unaware that I was scheduled for a panorex, nor that Dr. Elijah was out of town. I will be calling before my next appointment to hopefully not be surprised like this again, I would have liked to understand whether my insurance covers the panorex before coming in. Also, though the substitute doctor was great, I was surprised by the change as I was expecting to see Elijah. A solution would be to email the patient beforeh... read more
