I am taking 2 things to heaven with me: 1) my soul; 2) my teeth!! Dr. Tom Brown smiles when I say this and tells me he wished everyone cared about her teeth the way I do. He and his staff keep my teeth and gums healthy by providing me excellent, regular, care, and encourages me to do the same by daily care of them.
I was referred to Edgewood dental by a friend and I am glad she did. From the time I called to make my appointment until my appointment was over, everyone I met was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I was nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years, but they never made me feel ashamed nor uncomfortable. I was not at my dads appointment this time, just wondering why when o had him there not that long ago he had such bad gum disease and now we have to scramble to see a specialist I could of started on this after the last visit. My sister said the dentist was nice, I have not met him yet and appointment went well considering.
I am always impressed with the service, wonderful personalities, genuine concern, and investment in the office space / equipment.

I appreciate Dr. Ed's thoroughness with my problem. It's been intermittent for years, and no one has ever suggested any solution until him. THANKS.
While a text reminder and email are very helpful, one of each would be enough. I got several. Also, it is a bit disconcerting when I get a phone call a few hours before my appointment time asking if I could come in earlier. Everyone's on a tight schedule. I'd rethink that, or at least say "We had a cancellation and wondered if you would like to come in earlier." It sounds like Edgewood Dental wants to go home for the day.
