Overall this has been the best dental practice I've been to. Everyone I came across was so nice and smiled all the time. The front desk ladies, hygienist, and dentist all made me feel welcomed. When I went home I couldn't stop talking about how awesome this place was. Thanks again!
I had an excellent visit in the office. It would be nice to improve the phone system, it was a little difficult to communicate when making my appointement
Lisa, Dr. Baroni and Dr. Ed are wonderful! I am very please with their care of my husband and myself! I was concerned with how the tech took care of my molding for my mouth guard. She said at least three times how picky Dr. Ed is and she spoke negatively. I love Dr. Ed's precision ( especially when I am paying $650 for it). In addition, she was not open to his suggestions when trying to teach her. When she did mine she was a little rough too. The new waiting room is very nice.
I like the idea of setting up the next appointment with the dental hygenist as soon as the current appointment is complete. The appointment reminder that sticks to the refrigerator door is a great idea.
