Wonderful assortment of stores, shops, bakeries, restaurants. All your needs met in Edmonton Brewery District.
I've not shopped much at South Edmonton Common but I'd venture to say the Brewery District is better as it was developed with pedestrian traffic in mind. There are plenty of sidewalks, benches, garbage cans and a plethora of shops. Everything you could possible need. The City Market, Mountain Equipment Co-op, Shoppers Drug Mart. A Donut shop, Tommy Guns barber, endless restaurant's and such. Not to mention ample parking.
