Lots of nice amenities including underground heated parking while you shop (which barely anyone uses, even in -40!!). BEWARE lots of homeless population there now. They camp in the entrances to underground. Constant police presence but they always come back. Even as a big dude I feel unsafe going to and from my car. Hopefully this changes, but likely will get worse as LRT stops are coming there…
